Open Mercato + Comarch ERP Optima
Sync with the most popular Polish accounting system for SMEs
Comarch ERP Optima is an accounting standard in Polish SMEs — thousands of accounting offices use it daily. The problem comes when you need CRM, B2B portal or e-commerce — Optima doesn't include these. Classic solution: two systems, manual data re-entry, errors.
Open Mercato + Comarch Optima integration keeps Optima for accounting (working process, team knowledge) and adds Open Mercato as CRM/Commerce/B2B. Data syncs automatically — no double entry, no accounting errors.
Why this integration makes sense
- You keep Optima — your accountant doesn't need retraining
- You add CRM, B2B portal and e-commerce without changing accounting backbone
- Invoices from Open Mercato land in Optima automatically — full accounting
- Payments from Optima sync to Open Mercato — reps see who paid and who didn't
- Customers synced both ways — one master record per client
Two-way data flow
Open Mercato → Comarch Optima
Sales invoices, customers, warehouse documents, reservations
Comarch Optima → Open Mercato
Payments, customer balances, accounting data (tax ID, VAT status), purchase invoices
How integration deployment looks
Five stages — from the first conversation to a working production integration.
- 01
Audit current Optima configuration
Version, modules, customer structure, chart of accounts, custom fields — everything affecting mapping
- 02
Connection setup (Comarch Cloud or on-premise)
Optima Cloud: REST API. Optima Desktop: SQL server + ODBC. For both we set up secure connection.
- 03
Customer mapping
Export from Optima, deduplication, match by tax ID to Open Mercato database, validate with accounting
- 04
Invoice flow configuration
Rules: which Open Mercato invoices → Optima, which register, which chart of accounts, automated postings
- 05
Parallel test period (2-4 weeks)
We issue invoices in both systems, compare. After full agreement — enable production.

Frequently asked questions
Do you support both Optima Cloud and Desktop?
Yes. Optima Cloud uses REST API — integration is simpler. Optima Desktop requires ODBC to SQL Server — more complex, but stable at dozens of clients.
Can invoices flow from Optima to Open Mercato (not the other way)?
Yes. Some companies issue invoices in Optima (e.g. VAT-OSS, complex invoices) and only sync to Open Mercato for CRM/B2B. We configure both directions.
What about e-invoicing?
Comarch Optima has native e-invoicing integration. Open Mercato issues invoice → Optima → e-invoicing system. Whole chain works automatically.
How long is the parallel test period?
Standard 2-4 weeks — invoices issued in both systems. After full agreement we disable 'old' path and switch fully to integrated. No accounting downtime.
