Decide data direction before turning anything on
The most common cause of failure is no clear decision on direction. Typically: orders flow from Allegro to BaseLinker and into Optima, stock flows from Optima to BaseLinker and onto Allegro listings, and the invoice is created in Optima. If two systems update stock at once, you get overselling. Write the direction for every data type on paper before you click configuration.
