AI Training for Manufacturing Companies
Hands-on AI workshops for production teams — run by ERP implementers, not theorists. We focus on how AI extracts real value from the data you already have in your system.
Manufacturing companies sit on a mountain of data: work orders, routings, material usage, machine times, scrap, stock levels. The problem is that this data stays in the ERP and Excel, while decisions are still made on gut feeling. AI changes that: it lets you query data in plain language, spot bottlenecks and build reports in minutes, not days.
In the workshop we show concrete, safe AI use cases in manufacturing — from assistants for analysing ERP data, through document automation (quotes, work instructions, quality reports), to demand forecasting. All on real examples from your industry.
What your team will learn
- Query production data from the ERP in plain language and get ready answers
- Build reports (order fulfilment, scrap, efficiency) faster with AI
- Create and automate documents: quotes, work instructions, quality reports
- Use AI tools safely without leaking company data
- Recognise which production processes are most worth supporting with AI
Training day agenda
- 01
Intro: AI in manufacturing, no hype
What AI can really do in manufacturing, and what it can't. A use-case map for your company.
- 02
Prompting on ERP data
How to phrase queries about orders, warehouse and efficiency to get useful answers.
- 03
Document automation
Quotes, instructions, quality reports — generated and reviewed with AI.
- 04
Analysis and forecasting
Spotting bottlenecks, forecasting material demand from ERP history.
- 05
Production data security and rollout
Safe-use rules, a plan to roll AI out across the team after the workshop.
Our edge: AI on your ERP data
We're not generic ChatGPT trainers. We implement ERP/CRM systems, so we know where a manufacturer's data lives and how to actually use it. The training doesn't stop at playing with prompts — we show how AI connects to data from work orders, the warehouse and accounting.
If you want to go further after the workshop — build an AI assistant on your data or integrate the ERP — we do that as an implementation. The training is a natural first step.
Example use cases in manufacturing
Analysing delayed work orders
You point AI at last quarter's data and ask: 'which work orders exceeded their planned time and what do they have in common?'. In a minute you get a pattern list (machine, shift, material) instead of hours in Excel.
Work instructions in half an hour
From a process description and machine parameters, AI drafts a clear safety/quality instruction ready for the process engineer to refine — instead of writing it from scratch.
Material demand forecasting
From ERP usage history, AI suggests how much to order and when, flagging shortage risk before it stops the line.
A production report on demand
Instead of waiting for IT: 'show line efficiency by shift for May and deviations from plan' — a ready breakdown to decide on, instantly.
Who it's for
- Production managers and planners
- Process engineering and quality teams
- Owners and boards of SME manufacturers
What the training includes
- An agenda built around your company after a short pre-training call
- A live workshop with a hands-on trainer (on-site or online)
- A ready pack of prompts and templates to use after the training
- Materials and checklists for safe AI use in the company
- A certificate of completion for participants
- A short post-training follow-up answering the team's questions
Format and pricing
Closed training (your team only), on-site or online. Typically a single training day, with the agenda tailored to your processes.
from PLN 2,000 net / training day
Funding via Poland's National Training Fund (KFS) is possible — up to 90% of the cost for eligible employers. We'll help prepare the training description for the application.
Frequently asked questions
Do participants need a technical background?
No. The training is for non-technical people — managers, planners, leadership. Everything is shown on practical production examples.
Do you work on our data?
Yes, if you wish — we can base exercises on anonymised data from your ERP so the examples are as real as possible. We also cover security rules.
How many people can attend?
Closed training for a single company — best results with up to a dozen-or-so people. Priced per training day, not per person.
Can the training be co-funded?
Funding via Poland's KFS fund is possible (up to 90% for eligible employers). We help prepare the training description for the application.
